I really hate the phrase 'hand-cut... duh... how else does stuff get cut anyway... also 'hand cracked' eggs in Micky D's commercials, like no, I'll use a machine!)

Okay this is the exact recipe I use except when I'm making for my DS I coat in seasoned flour first to give the Hooters feel.

I don't get out much... never had Hooter's wings...lol!

DH and I went to breakfast the other morning... they said they slow cook their wings first then finish them up in the deep fryer. I want to try them next...

we always make a 7 layer taco dip, it's been a family thing for as long as I can remember.

Layer of refried beans
Layer of guacamole
Layer of sour cream that was mixed with taco seasoning
Layer of shredded taco/mexican cheese
Chopped up green onions (scallions), black olives and tomatoes sprinkled on top.

Served with Tostitos scoops chips

That dip recipe sounds like our hot Crab dip... just omit the pepper sauce, Ranch dressing, the Bleu cheese, and the chicken, and add lump crab meat (big lumps)...

Instead of hot wings we make Chesapeake wings, deep fried and seasoned with Old Bay Crab seasoning (crab addicts eat Old Bay on everything, even make deviled eggs with it, lol) Good on fresh tomatoes too. UTZ Potatoe Chip Company even makes Old Bay Potatoe Chips.. Lol!

We rim glasses for Bloody Marys with Old Bay seasoning. Its delish! I love Old Bay seasoning and Ive only been to Baltimore and had crabs once in my life! LOL Its just good stuff.
