It really is!! Chick Fil A has awesome waffle cut fries.....it seemed a travesty to not have just 2

Eating breakfast will help speed your metabolism by breaking the fasting phase. I like to have 1 cup of coffee and sugar free flakes both with soy milk. Something light to start the day and it doesn't weigh me down :-)

Exactly.....break the fast - hence breakfast

I think u were successful . I haven't had any coffe in...... Hours now!!

My dd's bf bought some coffee to take home. It's called WAKE THE F UP! Haha

I've found the quality and crispy consistency of the fries are always staggeringly different. I don't eat there anymore.

Oh I had half a seafood grinder, fish taco and fish burrito. Burrito and taco fish were way dry. Didn't eat any of the tortilla or rice, had a few black beans. Not a very good breakfast. This place usually doesn't disappoint but today was a disaster!

Didn't do too well today. Had half an egg and sausage sandwich on sourdough, and half an omelette w onion, tomato, ham, feta cheese, w pita bread, hash browns and tzatziki. and I don't even feel that full. =\
