| To me, squash has the most unique taste. Very special veg to me.

| Love squash here.... In the summer we cut it and grill it with other veggies, in the winter we bake. Filling and not too fattening.

| When I read the title i automatially thought of kabocha! I love it! Plus love spaghetti squash. Used to make it all the time when I was doing low carb. Very yummy. Cut in half lengthwise put some olive oil on it and lots of garlic, salt and pepper! Then broil in the ovens and pull it out with a fork. Top with marinara sauce and more veggies!

| Butternut mashed. Or leftovers mixed with mashed potato and cream cheese... Nice and fattening. Spaghetti - used like noodles wth sauce and cheese on top.

| Just bake it in the oven with a wee bit of butter. Then spaghetti sauce to top it off, when finished. Nice way to feel full and have a low calorie entree.

| What is kobacha? Spaghetti squash is one of my favs. I cook most of my squash in my George Forman (mean lean roasting machine). It doesn't heat my house up as much as my oven does, and it cooks squash much faster.

| Kabocha is a Japanese variety of winter squash. The word kabocha has come to mean a general type of winter squash to many English-speaking growers and buyers. Taken off of Wikipedia. lol

| I love the baked and tempura style. Kabocha whole and sliced. You can bake or deep fry.
