When I read the title i automatially thought of kabocha! I love it! Plus love spaghetti squash. Used to make it all the time when I was doing low carb. Very yummy. Cut in half lengthwise put some olive oil on it and lots of garlic, salt and pepper! Then broil in the ovens and pull it out with a fork. Top with marinara sauce and more veggies!
