I cannot believe how hot you guys like your hot sauce...I can barely tolerate any and usually add some honey so that it's not that hot!!

Now my dd, ds and dh love hot sauce, especially my daughter....the hotter the better.... Although I have never seen them eat scotch bonnets!!! Wow!!!

You guys ever watch that show on the food network with Aaron Sanchez called Heat Seekers .... some of the food they eat is just crazy hot!!

I actually love them that way too. I also love the taste of an oyster, but the salty crunch and hot kick are awesome with the seawater taste of the oyster!

I think it's "supposed" to be a no no with chowhounders and the like to put hot sauce on RAW oysters. I say if you like seafood, eat it anyway you damn please! I don't care!

However, I tried a fried oyster po boy, and I didn't like it. I prefer the soft, slimy slide down your throat texture of a raw oyster. Cooked, I prefer mussels. LOL

If you like seawater taste of an oyster, you have GOT to try uni! Imagine the briny seawater taste with nutty peanutty notes and a sweet finish. That is, if it's fresh If it's not,............
