| I found a peach infused balsamic that is out of this world at a place called the Olive Pit in northern california. it's to die for on salad, or even just dunking french bread into it. |

| I make a pasta that is farfalle, roasted carrots, pancetta in a butter/sage sauce. Then you drizzle basalmic over it to finish. I also love sesame oil and mirin.

| I LOVE Balsamic, both regular and white- I like to use white on Caprese Salad because it can sit around longer and not stain the cheese. I also like red wine vinegar, especially in marinades- red wine vinegar and dijon mustard make an amazing marinade for chicken. I use a TON of olive oil, like I should own stock in the company I go through so much. LOL!

| Do you guys find a big difference between regular EVOO and the high end pricy kinds? I haven't had a chance to do side by side taste tests. There are some bottles I see at Ross and Tues Morning that are marked down to about $20 a bottle and look very fancy like wine. Is it worth the extra money?
