I LOVE Balsamic, both regular and white- I like to use white on Caprese Salad because it can sit around longer and not stain the cheese. I also like red wine vinegar, especially in marinades- red wine vinegar and dijon mustard make an amazing marinade for chicken.

I use a TON of olive oil, like I should own stock in the company I go through so much. LOL!
