				 | Honestly one of my favorite fish dish is just grilled Mahi Mahi lightly salted (salt that I get from Europe) and tons of fresh lemon squeezed on it right before consumption. I have lots of recipes for fish...I am after all a fishmongers wife Hence the name our baby girl has..."Ahi" I'll think of my favorites to post....

				 | I dont know I absolutely love them. I even slice pieces of avocado and put it in grilled cheese. And cheeseburgers with avocado and alph alpha sp sprouts are yum. I think they are called california burgers. I can eat avocado with anything. I think my Husband has a phobia of green things because he wont eat a pea to save his life either and I love them

				 | MMM sounds good. I buy unripe avocados and put them in a paper bag to ripen them at home so no bruises or soft spots. I swear I check on those suckers everyday. LOL

				 | I heard that if you stick an over ripened banana in the bag with them it will speed up the process. However last time I tried it, everytime I would check the bag someone had taken the banana out. After doing this for three times I just gave up. Someone really didn't want their gross banana in there.
