I dont know I absolutely love them. I even slice pieces of avocado and put it in grilled cheese. And cheeseburgers with avocado and alph alpha sp sprouts are yum. I think they are called california burgers. I can eat avocado with anything. I think my Husband has a phobia of green things because he wont eat a pea to save his life either and I love them
