Honestly one of my favorite fish dish is just grilled Mahi Mahi lightly salted (salt that I get from Europe) and tons of fresh lemon squeezed on it right before consumption.
I have lots of recipes for fish...I am after all a fishmongers wife
Hence the name our baby girl has..."Ahi"
