| Infusing Obsession Ensuing! So Concretegurl posted a recipe for dill pickle infused vodka which I made yesterday I am now obsessed with infusions! Take a look at this website. Have any of you ever infused anything? Vinegar? Alcohol? oils? I have done oils and vinegars before but never alcohol before now. I'm excited to try it! Infusions of Grandeur

| I make strawberry infused rum! Then I poured it over crushed ice with a bit of orange juice, a little pineapple juice, a splash of grenadine and either a lime or orange slice to garnish. Delicious fruity summer drink

| I always infuse it in the fridge. I usually make it near the beginning of the week (after going to the farmer's market on the weekend) and use it the 3rd weekend following...so about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks infusion time.
