Sooo......I'm going to make the fat free version of this dip and probably won't do it much justice. Is the dip better with ranch or blue cheese? Fat free blue cheese is barely tolerable so I suppose I'll go with the ranch. Thanks for letting me talk that out

ewww Karen. I've had Ken's low fat bleu cheese and it was ok. I would not even try the fat free kind. But I'd take bleu cheese over ranch anyday. I still can't understand how people eat their salads with ranch. Blech.

Okay ~ I have your problem solved.

Buy the FF ranch (blech!) and add a TSP of BLUE CHEESE CRUMBLES!! BC has mega flavor so you don't need much for real flavor.


I did the lemonaide diet at one time. It was okay.....but I actually REALLY TRUELY TOTALLY prefer the Jerusalem Diet

Where were you 3 hours ago? That would have been a fantastic idea, except I'm not going back to the store for blue cheese crumbles. But wow, that's brilliant I also have my problem solved. I bought some rolls so if the whole thing comes out disgusting I can put the rotisserie chicken on rolls and have that!

Not sure what the Jerusalem Diet is but I'm afraid to look.
