| Home made Chicken Salad haunts me I didn't sleep last night. In fact, I have many sleepless nights - I blame it on the surgery/recovery/inactivity. I've NEVER EVER had problems going to sleep before the surgery. Anyway at 2:00 am I started thinking about the chicken salad in the fridge. I almost got up and made a sandwitch, but talked myself out of it. Then shortly after three I started thinking that a chicken salad sandwitch WITH potato chips and pickles on the side would be delish - once again I was able to avoid such a silly early morning snack. I almost had a chicken salad sandwitch for breakfast, but ate a cereal bar instead. I am so happy that lunch time has rolled around cause guess what I'm having..... |

| Hi All, just finished my CSS on double fiber bread. Pickles and sour cream and onion potato chips on the side. It was yummy! It was definately worth the wait. Bizzy, my chicken salad recipe is very simple: fresh boiled chicken breast chopped (no canned junk for me) Helmans Mayo Sweet pickle relish (Walmart brand is my favorite) Grated onion to taste Black pepper Mix all ingredients and enjoy. |
