ewww Karen. I've had Ken's low fat bleu cheese and it was ok. I would not even try the fat free kind. But I'd take bleu cheese over ranch anyday. I still can't understand how people eat their salads with ranch. Blech.
ETA: lemonaide diet, LOL. I don't want to know.
