| It's pasta on the outside and filling on the inside - kind of like a ravioli - except inside is mashed potatoes and cheese mixture. After you cook them, you lightly brown them in a pan (kind of like dumplings). They are really good. We put balsamic vinegar on ours before we eat.

| That just sounds delicious! I have GOT to have some of that! Got to write the name down so I can remember it. Is it served in Italian restaurants?

| Yes, I've seen them offered in Italian restaurants. I thought they were originally Polish, but I'm not sure. We have them in the frozen section of grocery stores around here, Mama T's brand. They are pretty easy to make yourself.

| Yeah pierogies are good. I haven't had any in years. The only ones I've had were frozen too. I've been craving Chinese dumplings for a while now. I just had a small bowl of butternut squash soup with some coconut oil. I had to add some salt though.

| Ok for some reason I thought a small bowl of soup would suffice. Sadly I was wrong. So I had a big spoonful of kifir to coat my tummy hee hee, and I am currently reheating a slice of pizza from last night. *gasp* oops did I just say I had pizza last night? Well at least it is really thin crust. And there were two slices left, and I am only reheating one. Yeah me.

| That's not too bad. Now if it was slathered in mayo and covered with cojita, then we have a problem.
