Thank you ladies :) it was her holiday card for the yt card exchange- I think that is the most wonderful yt thing I've ever done is the Christmas card exchange, y'all should join in this next Christmas :love: Our frozen party was very fun: my love and I and kids 13,11,8,6,4 and 2 all danced with glow sticks to techno music (for kind of a long time,lol) and then ate marshmallow cereal while watching the Disney movie froZen :snowflake: somehow I ended up eating a delicious bowl of pf changs Mongolian chicken and green beans with rice too- saucy and delicious! |

Bought a can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk for a dish I might make tomorrow and just opened the can to transfer it to a storage container for chilling in the fridge and so, naturally, I ate 2 teaspoonfuls of it right out of the remains in the can - unchilled and raw. It was pure heaven!!! Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk is one of the best flavors in this world to me. But now I'm so sick to my stomach - too rich! Ahhyrrruuucck. |

Roast chicken, peas, niblets corn and tomatoes for lunch. Then for dessert, just now, a Russell Stover Dark Chocolate Red Velvet Egg. A little hollow Milk Chocolate Bunny and 3 more Russell Stover chocolate eggs with all different centers are still in my Easter Basket, though I never did actually see when the Easter Bunny came........! |
Baked glazed ham with pineapple, roasted cream cheesy potato casserole, baked beans with saucy bacon deliciousness, hand made yeasty delicious rolls with butter and home made strawberry jam, casserole and deviled eggs. Skipped the carrot cake but took the yummy red wine :) Happy Easter everyone! |

Just had a healthy breakfast - a smoothie made with fresh fruit, kefir, flax seed and coconut milk. Yesterday however, my breakfast was chocolate cake and a cup of strong coffee:eek: |

Today started off with a really great sausage breakfast burrito loaded with potatoes, cilantro and onion with the steeped carrots and jalapeņos and radishes on the side and a very nice green sauce. After work I had an egg salad sandwich and a half (we dyed four eighteen packs of eggs on Saturday) and then I finally went for a tiny slice of carrot cake with a little cup of coffee. Very delicious! |

Wow according to my scale I am down 10lbs - but I don't look any skinnier and my clothes still fit the same. So I think my scale is a liar! But just in case - we are having chicken and steak which have been marinating overnight - and do a real BBQ with briquettes. I made a potatoe salad - and will do a green salad and have some garlic bread! Hah scale I will see you in the morning! |

Sausage from Smitty's Market in Lockhart, Texas. Far and away the best sausage I have eaten in my entire life! I went down a couple of blocks to Black's BBQ for the brisket though, as they make the best brisket I know of.
