I had a Drumstick ice cream cone! My neurologist told me my migraine medication will help me lose weight. I was wondering how I went from 153 to 150. So, I thought I'd treat myself to some ice cream! hehehehehe

Mmmm that sounds good! the ankimo is japanese, and I had it with sushi rice. the fish jun is korean, but I just ate what I have LOL. Ankimo is monkfish liver. It's the fois gras of the fish world. Yum, so creamy and rich, yet it's actually low in fat. And way cheaper than real fois gras.

I'm not a sushi person. I like my food cooked. And I've never heard of monkfish liver. It's so weird (and I say that in a nice way) what people eat all over the world or even the US that I've never heard of in Jersey.

Ankimo is actually cooked. It's steamed. I like sashimi a lot though. I'm sure it's readily available in any major city, you just have to look.

Haha, nope, Pork Roll is ONLY made in New Jersey! Trenton, the capital, to be exact. It is SO delish! You know how if you go into a deli you can order egg, cheese and bacon or sausage on a roll? Well, in Jersey, we usually get Pork roll, egg and cheese! We used to be the only state to sell it too, but some states are starting to order it online and sell it, but not many b/c only people from Jersey know what it is! LOL
