Well I'm Los Angeles idk if they're everywhere but I love KFC's hotwings I love that sauce, and I also love hot fries you know the chips in the bag I usually get the big $2 if they have it. And sometimes I put nacho cheese on them n sometimes I put chili with beans in it, this is making me want some, ohh n can't forget Hershey's cookies n cream chocolate, n don't tell no one sometimes I have all of this at once good thing I maintain my weight!

breakfast: scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, roasted tomato hummus and half a rosemary roll.
Lunch: sandwich on toasted squaw bread, with ham, turkey, lettuce, provolone, cucumbers, green apple, red onion, mustard, mayo, w pickle and pepperoncini on the side.
Snack: salmon roll
I don't know what I'm doing for dinner yet. =/

I'm feeling much better. Blood count still low at 10 hemoglobin but it's up so I have more energy. Now I have enough blood to start rehab - oh no!!! Now I've got to start working at getting this hip into working shape and that is going to be work. I've played the patient for as long as I can, I guess. Sigh!
