Here's a recipe I actually came up with myself since I had everything on hand and wanted a quick lunch It actually turned out really yummy!! Hope you guys like it!

Kelly, you are not a pain at all. We love your recipes. But I do have one problem..... I don't know if I'm going to "eat myself skinny" cause I'm becoming food obsessed with all the food-talk going on on YorkieTalk.

I'm bummed, did a search on where to buy Skinny Girl Margaritas in Hawaii, and they don't send any here. That's just not right. Yesterday I saw the gal who created it on Ellen, and heard a little bit about her success story.

Yeah Bethanny Frankel She was one of the members of the Housewives of New York City and is a chef for celebrities. That's sad they don't have them in Hawaii!! But you can come live here in Virginia and have all the margaritas you want if I can trade you

Kelly you rock!

I recently got my hands on a Weight Watchers cookbook and there's a snack on there that you absolutely must try and then post on your blog. The recipe is for Spicy Roasted Chickpeas and they are unbelievable! They are a great alternative to chips or peanuts and they taste like beer nuts. Can I send it to you somehow?

Oh wow just found this! I'm gonna have to follow this. My dh only eats healthy! About a year ago he did a 21 day cleansing diet and lost 22lbs in 21 days! He was 225lbs when he started and now a year later he is 175! We need some NEW recipes as he basically eats the same things everyday and every night. Broccoli (cooked or raw) and pinneapples for lunch. Then it's mixed steamed veggies for dinner with brown rice and tilapia. We only use real butter and Olive oil now also.

All of this happened because he went to dr for a back problem and they did an x-ray of neck and spine and saw his carotid artery on the x-ray and said that's normally not suppose to show up. Indicating a blockage. We went to a Cardiologist and the did an ultrasound of his neck and said it was calcium build up, nothing to "really" worry about. Scary enough to spark a change in his eating habits though!

Wow how scary! Thats amazing he did all that for himself! My boyfriend would like to lose weight as well (he's 6'3 and 275) and that sounds so inspiring! Thats why I started cooking so healthy so we both could get used to a healthy lifestyle You'd be surprised all the different recipes you could do for JUST broccoli or JUST cauliflower and there are practically no calories in it!
