| I didn't know pets were accepted at Target. Does anyone know any other common stores pets are allowed in? I never take Bia anywhere with me unless Im going to like peoples houses, because Im afraid Ill be turned away and I don't want to leave her in the car all alone. But if there are stores that accept them then I would definitley take her with me!! |

Oh I have my own Home Depot Assistant that live lives with me (hubby) so that does help getting her in. Oh I did look around at Wally World and seen no sign posted NO DOGS ALLOWED. |

| Most stores do not let you in if they sell food! Target claims that pets are not allowed because of their "restauraunt". Malls aren't much better either. If you have a well trained puppy that will hide in a bag then you can sneak her in. I've done this @ Walmart, malls, and Home Depot. I don't like leaving my babies in the car either. Hiding your dog works only if you have ONE dog! Two don't work at all. Dogs are also NOT allowed @ Coulon Park in Renton, WA. Found this one out the hard way... I don't go to that park any more. I also think that my dogs are way cleaner than most people...especially kids!

I Love Thor Donating Member | I know that Circuit City is dog friendly. I haven't been kicked out of Target or Wal-Mart (yet) but I could be coming. I also say boycott these dog un-friendly stores. Humf! They are so mean. I have been kicked out of a grocery store, and I knew it was going to happen before I even walked in there but if you don;t try, you won't know. I don't think we should leave our dogs at home in fear that we might get kicked out of a store. If they tell you to leave, take your dog and leave. They are loosing a valuable customer. Their loss, not yours! |

| Dog friendly stores We've had good luck at Trader Joe's; the University District store lets us take Auggie in; one of us usually goes in first to ask if it's ok, but they haven't said no. |
