Is anyone alive in Thread Killer land?

Tink is not doing very well tonight. She is just laying around with her legs tucked under her. She never lays like that. Maybe it takes the weight off the bad hip. Poor little dumplin' Wish I could help her. Last night she went under the sheet for the first time and stayed there next to my tummy all night. She is also not pooing on her pad - she just makes a beeline for a place far from where she was and poos on the carpet. Don't understand that.

I'm not gonna stay on for very long right now 'cause she wants to lay by me. Maybe if we sit in the easy chair she'll be more comfortable. She has started to lay beside me in the big overstuffed chair in the living room. Little luv!

I talked with Lori earlier. She and Brea are fine and looking forward to giving Patti to Papi tomorrow. Planned for around 11:30 in the morning.

She expects to get back on the road home tomorrow late afternoon or so.

Well, thread, I'm gonna hit the hay. My friends are coming in the morning to help me unpack some more things at my new apartment. I sure like it here!

Hi Susie. Thanks for the update on Lori and little Patticake. I love that other thread, but if you miss it for 5 or 6 hours there is almost too much to read everything, and I'm afraid I'm missing stuff. (Gee, I know of another thread that used to add pages and pages each day

I'm so sad for you and Tink. It's got to be really hard watching her hurt and not to be able to do something about it instantly. When is her surgery scheduled? Sending lots of hugs and Bernie kisses her way, hope she feels better today.

Hey Susie... I'm so sorry about your baby. It's the worst when they are in pain and there isn't anything we can do. When Brea was on the pain meds before and after her surgery, she didn't eat well at all. I was getting really worried cause at her weight, she can't afford to lose any. (oh my - how I wish i could say that about myself!) She still isn't back to eating "normally" yet.

Just mentioned that in case Tinky has the same reaction. You might want to have some very tempting food around. Baby food meat, chicken breast, whatever she really likes.

The put a pain patch on Brea and it turned out that even though they blocked part of it, it was too strong for her.

Hope you gets lots of unpacking done this weekend so you can spend your time with you baby next week!
