Same brush but different size as he is so small and less hair(thickness). He is much easier to do because of that and of course she has much longer and thicker hair than he does. And that is another thing, Maltese have different coats like yorkies. Some are cottony and some are silkier!!! Kallie I consider has a cottony coat!!! But they were using the bright whitening shampoo on her once a week and it took its toll on her hair. The new hair as it grows out is much softer.

I would not hesitate to get another maltese!! And hubby would have not problem with another maltese either. He said he loves his Toby but he prefers the maltese!!! But he says no to three dogs.

Yep she looks pretty cottony - kind of like my Tinka. That hair is a bear to take of when it's even a little bit long.

Well, I need to get off my duff here and get the pups outside to run around a bit and then I have to go to work for a couple of hours. I'll be back later.... just TRY to keep me away, just try.....

Do what I do - just get the dog, bring it home and in no time the h is fine.... If I didn't do it that way, I wouldn't have ANY animals - including fish! Seriously! He says no to everything I want.. so I finally quit asking and started doing... now there is usually no problem - I get what I want, period.....! (kind of)

Well, enjoy your day at work..........I'm a stay at home furbutt mom and enjoying every moment of it. We did almost get another maltese, but I asked too many questions from the people and scared them off! So he is open to the "right" dog but would really rather stick with the two. See ya later!
