They are fine. Down but fine. I didn't tape them up again after her spay. It was such hard work and I was fighting her all the time. It word me out and made me impatient with her and it wasn't her fault. So, foget it. She can just have ears that perk up when she's listening intently or playing really hard. Otherwise, they'll be downers.

Thanks. I finally gave up on the shoes and decided to wear a pair that I have already. They're comfy and I know I can walk in them. They aren't gold, but they're pearlescent!
