It's still snowing here too.

At least we know it will melt within a week.

That's the one nice thing about spring snow.....

I have to go back to work tomorrow - on one of the two busiest days of the month there...

Then I have to take Brea to the vet - something is wrong with her leg.

Sorry about your weather; we're getting a little rain tonight but the day was beautiful!!

With that said..........What's wrong with Brea's leg????? What happened???

Brea's leg... it could be luxating patella (did I spell that right?). It has gotten continually worse over the past 2-3 days. Most of the time now she doesn't want to walk on it. My little baby is only 6 months old!

But she still follows me wherever I go - she's in her bed at my feet right now.

When the vet said a while back that she thought Brea had LP, I have since been very careful about letting her go up and down stairs. I usually carry her. I have stairs up to the couch and if she jumps down there is a huge round bed about 6" thick and springy so she won't hurt herself.

She's too little to have something wrong... I know that doesn't make sense - she is just making me worry.... well, I guess it's not HER that's making me worry.

I'm making myself worry - which does no good, right? It won't change the outcome whether I worry or not, so why waste the energy???

Ok, I think I just gave myself a pep talk. Time to lock me up.

Awwww, so sorry to hear Brea may have the LP

.............Kallie is four years old and the last vet said she had grade 2 LP. She is showing no signs of it so that is good so far. I guess surgery can correct the problem but Brea does seem a bit young to have the surgery. I do hope she is ok!!! Maybe the kneecap has just popped out and needs popped back in!! Did you take her to the vet today as planned???

Hope your first day back at work isn't a rough one! I'll be thinking of you!!!

Worrying will give you warts GirlLOL hey I will keep Brea in my prayers. poor Girl.
Be careful at work and Do not over do it it will only make it worse ok

I came home from work at noon because of the snow storm, I could barely get up the hill from the parking lot to my apartment. The wind was so strong you couldn't see the walkway!

I brought my laptop so I could do some work but I was so exhausted, I laid down for a little snooze and woke up and hour later!

Oh well, I did get alot of energy after that, so I worked for a couple of hours and then started on a dress. Got the top done and lined except for the buttonholes 'cause it has to be fitted first. Tomorrow I should be able to do the skirt and lining except for the waistband. Then next week, I'll do the last one. I;m just kind of taking my time with these last two cause they design is a little more tedious and I'm tired.
