Well, Tink's ear hair is all cut off. She cut it like a Westie but she didn't tape it for me. She was way busy today. Soooo, I tried to do it myself like the Yorkie website said. Uh huh! Yeah, well, that didn't go very well. So I tried it the way another website said. That went better but still not quite right. Maybe by the end of the weekend, I'll have it down. the first one is from earlier before her ears were stolen. The second one is her VERY mad at me with her ears taped up.

Lol, that is so cute. I'm surprised she is even sitting still and not picking at that tape! I hope her ears pop up and stay up for your! Thanks for sharing the pictures! My neighbor's yorkie's ears would not stay up and she taped them for about three days and from there on out, they stayed up!!!!

It would be cool it they did. I kind of like them that way. but if they don't then they don't.

Tink is really mad at me. Besides her ears being stolen, I stuffed her into two different carriers at PetSmart while we were waiting for the groomer. I wanted to see if she would fit. I think she did - it was hard to tell. cause she wouldn't lay down. There were just too many people around and she was frazzled. I almost got the pretty purple one which I've liked since they got it, but I want it to be more on sale than $30. So I didn't get it.

I did find her a darling fleece lined coat at PetSmart. they didn't have it this winter and it was stuffed way down in the carrier sale bin. It was $6.00!

OK I'm looking at these pic I took this morning when I was changing the linens.

Most of the pics I've taken of Tink are on my bed or in the dining room. In almost all of the bedroom pics there are no sheets on my bed! You all must think I sleep on the bare mattress.LOL

Oh Susie, the coat is darling...........and you didn't get a deal, you got a steal!!!!! Wowser.....good shopping!!!! We bought two front pack carriers for our two. Hubby carries the hefty Kallie and I carry Toby the tiny! They reall work out well cause they are secure inside and they love being up and close to us. Also helps to stop people from touching them without permission!

Good idea. I had a hard time today at Petsmart with Tink. Everyone wanted to pet her and I said no. I don't know how she'll be with people - she's never been out before except to the vet. I thot we'd just go right in, but Chris wasn't ready yet.

We wriggled right out of her PocoMutt harness too! That little stinker. I NEVER thot she could do that. I almost lost her under the Science Diet shelf.!!

What???? She got out of the harness???? How in the world did she do that????? Goodness gracious, an escape artist! You really have a talented little girl there! Good thing you were inside the store!!! I'd have freaked out!

I think we paid $30 for each pack carrier! But if I were you, I would do a trial run with one to see if Tink will tolerate it and if it is comfortable for YOU!!!

I almost always say yes to adults touching the kids but I just think it proper to at least ask before jamming your hand into the carrier! Neither of them really like it but I don't want them to be totally people shy!

Yes, she was hauling on the leash and I was trying to get a bag of Nutro down from the shelf, I heard the neck velcro pop and the plastic piece came undone, then before I could turn around, she flipped herself completely around and popped the velcro on the chest. I thought the plastic clip would hold, but since the neck was already off, she just slipped right out of it and off she went. Right under the shelf!

the little boy next to me was so excited! He just squealed and freeked his mom out too. It was quite the adventure.

I can hardly believe that she was able to cause the plastic clip to come undone! She's a determined little girlie! Did she just sort of stand there in shock.........like FREEDOM, YEA.........or she run??? Sounded like she surprised herself and didn't know WHAT to do. Well I guess that answers my thought about getting them for my two.......they'd do the same thing for sure! Thanks for saving me some money. ROFL

She Ran! But I think you're right. She was so suprised that she was free and she just went for the first open space away from the leash.

I was afraid I wouldnt be able to get her out. But the little boy just stuck his hand down there and pulled her right out. She chomped on him too, but he didn't seem to care. When I said thank you and I'm sorry she bit you, he said "Oh that's nothin, by ferret bites harder than that." !!

Ya know, I really want to move from here. A man just came around the corner of my apartment yelling at his Jack Russell at the top of his lungs. Like no one else in the world can hear him? Poor dog is not on a leash and the man is just angry as sin - about what I have no idea. Poor little dog.

Aww, poor little thing.........don't you just like punch them out! My son has a Jack Russell and she is very sweet and with the right training would be a wonderful dog.........but he works all day and just doesn't invest enough time in her. He yells at her and it upsets me so much! She lived with us for three months and I had her 100% housetrained and she was such a well behaved dog. Even eliminated the submission peeing thing................but they moved into his own apt. and she has never been the same. Some people should just not have dogs!

She didn't bite hard - she thought he was playing with her. She was play-biting. He wasn't hurt and she didn't break any skin. But still. I felt bad. Little boy didn't care.

He wanted to know where I got her so he could get one for his Lab to play with!
