Yes, she was hauling on the leash and I was trying to get a bag of Nutro down from the shelf, I heard the neck velcro pop and the plastic piece came undone, then before I could turn around, she flipped herself completely around and popped the velcro on the chest. I thought the plastic clip would hold, but since the neck was already off, she just slipped right out of it and off she went. Right under the shelf!
the little boy next to me was so excited! He just squealed and freeked his mom out too. It was quite the adventure.
