Whew...OK...I've been gone for a few hours now I'm back and I think I'm all caught up with the posts...let's see we had Ghettopoly, Dale Earnhardt (hes dead) plastic flowers and headless, armless, and missing baby Jesus's. Yep think I'm caught up :rolleyes: Oh and Teri's funny story that she had to bring back so that y'all could see it....good one Teri (the practical joke, not bringing it back)...oh and there was Tucker's lame goody bag (Deb's word, not mine...I think they sound loverly)!

Let me know if I missed anything!!

Actually not surprised at all... Of the 13 years I have worked her, I have gotten a gift.. maybe 5 times,, it's a random thing,,just to keep ya on your toes. :rolleyes:

I bet he's just waiting for the right time to give it to ya!! :D By the way, it is AP Week, not just day...I'm shooting for the whole month, although I was just told it is always about me around here....which is as it should be!! So far I've just gotten lunch....still waiting on the card which should have a gift certificate in it ;) ...they better come through if they know what is good for them...I would hate for that report they are giving in front of a large group to have some wrong #'s in it :eek:

Ya missed the fact that Tucker's mother, herself, said his goodie bags were NOT worth driving FIVE hours for. If your own mother admits that...what'd think the guests are gonna say???

I DO NOT do breakfast. It's every man for himself in my house on the weekend. Usually left over pizza from Fri night. There will be doggie ice cream at the party. And doggie cookies if I get them made. Keg? I don't think so.....it's for the dogs...the adults only get to come and watch! Who wants to eat standing in the middle of a dog park, with peoples dogs (not the yorkies, of course) drooling on you and such? Of course, if you came all the way up well, then, we could continue the celebration later after we put the doggies to bed! :D

:2party: OK...they waited a little late in the day, but just got my VISA Gift Card...had to go online to see what the value is ;) did that as soon as they walked away from my desk :rolleyes: Yeppers...$100...who wants to go out for drinks after work??? :beermug: :martini:

Oh yeah...I did tell them that is a Week now not just a day...boss told me I could have the day off tomorrow....Smart A$$...I have to be off because I am getting my IV treatment tomorrow, which takes all day :( :nursing:

That is a pretty nice gift. I gave my assistant a lousy old box of candy and took her to lunch.

You are not making this party sound too appealing.... :rolleyes: I think I should've fanaggled a invite to that fancy yorkie party someone posted pictures of awhile back....you know the party that was nicer than any of the birthday parties your MOTHER ever threw YOU :rolleyes:

PS I'd show up just to see the expression on your face ;)

Immune system in a bottle!! I lost my immune system when I was pregnant with last child :confused: so I have to get IVIG treatments to supplement me...fun fun! Really, it isn't bad, just takes all day, I have it done at the Cancer Center here in town, because the Dr is a hematologist/oncologist, so everyone else is getting chemo....so I have nothing at all to complain about!! I just take a bag full of junk food and magazines, and I read, eat and sleep all day....now add in some rain or a thunderstorm, and it is the perfect day!!

Edited to add: also should add a laptop for a perfect day....hmmm that is an idea, maybe I should ask for one for Mother's Day so I can talk on YT on treatment days!! Or we could do one of those Paypal fund raisers that are so successful!!

OMG! Megan just called to tell me that the Barking Dog stuff came! She said that there was a harness vest and "some other thingys". I said "oh, those are belly bands for his pee-ness" ok, say it out loud and you will know why I spit pretzels all over my desk! She gave me one of her infamous "Mother!"'s. then when I couldn't stop laughing she said I have problems. Do you think I can get away with posting this story on a new thread?

Yeah, like those ingrate kids on Sweet Sixteen on MTV, that show blows my mind! They spend more money on their kids than, I'll see in a lifetime. Unreal,and the kids are SO appreciative,, :rolleyes:
