GOOD MORNING!

63 and SUNNY gonna get to the 90's today not ready for that yet!

We planted 4 Gardenia's last year and they are now blooming for the first time and they smell wonderful!!

Started yesterday by losing a contact...ended it by locking my keys in my car ...pretty sure today has to be better!!

Morning Ladies, BM hope today is better..

4 hrs and 31 mins left and I have a super long weekend. Prom tomorrow. Baseball Sat. Picinic Sunday. Monday, I just want to lounge by the pool and do nothing.

Pool guy opening the pool tomorrow morning.

It is suppose to be sunny and 80 the entire time.

Enjoy your long weekend! Take lots of Prom pics...funny story...my oldest son is...well let's just say...not very tall and early in the year his SR year I asked him if he had decided who to ask to prom...he was famous for waiting until the last minute for other dances, i.e. homecoming, etc..and I told him he needed to give them advance notice because girls need to find the perfect prom dress..anyhoo..he said he had it narrowed down to 3 (they were all in his height range). He chose the one and she was just a smidgen shorter than he was...fast forward to prom night...she wears 3" heels Needless to say son was not happy and hates his prom pictures!!

So am I the only one on this thread that does not have a stinkin pool in their backyard!!

Nope, I don't have one either! My kids would love to get one but I would not want to be at work thinking of my son's friends and what they would do back there! Our community pool is only a few blocks away. The kids go there, I haven't been there in ages. Maybe one of these lucky ones will invite us for the weekend!

It is so beautiful outside. I'm having a hard time working.

So now we need to officially start planning our OT meetup. That would be great. DO actually think there would be a real conversation or everyone just talking at once?

I was wondering if we would be able to talk to each other in person or would we all sit around the pool with laptops talking to each other through YT!!

On the way to school today my daughter asked "Mom, where can you find cheap Prom dresses? She's in the 9th grade, not ready for Prom yet! It's for her friend, she didn't find one yet. I told her hmmm I've never heard of a cheap Prom dress. She said well she found one for $100, but her dad said it was too much. I told her to have her Mom take her shopping, Dad's have no clue when it comes to dresses.

I have to tell you, I've met a couple of the YT people. When you meet, it's like you've know each other forever! You just start talking and you forget "I've never met this person before". It's been the same with each person I've met. I'd love to have an OT meetup. Come on ladies, what's a few hours on the road?
