Thanks for the link. Defiantly no white Christmas this year and that's ok by me lol. The kids look forward to snow on Christmas day.


Looks like the entire US it experiencing warmer than normal temps, I'm not complaining I'm loving it lol. Temp on the mountain today to be 52.

We’re supposed to get some rain Saturday. Not very much but we’re in a drought in the area I live in Illinois 😕

N.E. Pa. was in a drought July to mid August. Mid August we got a LOT of rain, like every other day rain. Todays high was 51 but a bit breezy, I was able to finish storing out door STUFF lol. Forecast for my area Sunday and Monday temps high of 55 but rain both days,Tuesday high of 38 and 40% of snow. Crazy temps. I can't understand how we get temps of 50, net day high of 38, I think Mother Nature is having PMS issues.

I hear that. We had light drizzel all day, now it's a heavy drizzle. I have a roof over the back door and Cody still hesitates. He smells rain doesn't want to go out, but he does.

Sunday and Monday rained ALL day. It could have been worse if it was snow .
Had a dusting of that overnight.

So far no rain or snow for Christmas, but that can change over the next few days.

Strange to think of an area you live in being in a severe drought in the winter.

I don't know about Il. Here in N.E.Pa. last winter we has very little snow, what we had didn't need shoveling or snow blower, it melted the next day. Summer was also dry, they had drought warnings up and no open fires. Campgrounds had a no burn warning up. August we had quite a bit of rain so the drought was lifted. My area by this time we usually have had one good snow fall.

Looks like some parts on the east coast got heavy rains. I wonder if it would normally be snow

No rain or snow forecasted for the week end, just cloudy. It's very bleak outside today. Bleak and dreary.

63 and sunny here. All day rain forecast for tomorrow. If it stayed like this very much longer, my grass will start growing again.
