Good for you. You must be so very proud of yourself and it's great your children are so supportive. You must feel and look wonderful. I do know what you mean about feeling guilty after eating something you wish you hadn't. That's exactally how I feel so it's just not worth eating it in the first place.Ithink it does take time to get to that point though. I'm almost at my goal so I'm not about to get discouraged over a little 1lb that I gained back but it sure does stink to gain after cheating only one time. I guess that's how you learn it dosen't pay to cheat. |
Great job girls! Love the support here. I'm still the same.:) |
I've been exercising everyday and eating healthy. I just have to exercise today! |
Finally...under 150 pounds again, 149 today!!! Now let's see if I can keep it up, I keep jumping around between 149 and 151, I think I need a boost, a little push in the right direction. I am confident, this can be done and I will do it. |
This thread is getting buried. Well eveyone I have reached my goal!;) 138 was it and that is what the scale said thing morning. Yipee, everything is getting alittle big and it feels great. Finally. Anything after this is icing on the cake. How are the rest of you doing? Hope your all doing as well or better than I. |
How exciting for you!! Good for you!!! I've been sick, so soon as I'm well, I'll get on the scale and see where things stand - Turkey day is coming and it's so hard to be good then. I need to be motivated to loose just the few pounds I have |
Woot for you!!! Big CONGRATS!   I have been ill for 3 weeks now--but: I had my yearly last week and according to their scale, my weight loss from last year is 15 lbs! Which is cool -- although---- I ballooned up and over where I had been last year by another 8 lbs along the trail ----soooooooooo That makes a 22 lb loss? Still have 30 to go...oy. |
Being sick does help with losing weight I'd have to say with everything that has happened in my life these past couple of years, the only positive thing is that I lost weight... No longer waistfull. |
Hi Carol congrats so proud of you....I reached my goal to of 135 and reached that and now the hard part is keeping it off for the holidays...even if I only gain a couple it will be easier to lose that in January then the 41 I just lost!! Yah everyone is doing great.....now is the time we need each others' support. Hang in there. |

Thank you it's not been too bad once I put my mind to it. Wow, 22lb loss! That' a real accomplishment. Good for you. That must be a real incentive for you to get to your goal. Congratulations and keep up the good work. |
I am still holding strong at 135, its tough, but well worth it, love shopping, which I hated before, and cannot wait to go christmas clothing shopping, yeah. Good luck to everyone, and keep up the good work, the end result is awesome. |

Thank you. Your right with the holidays coming it's so easy to loose track of eating! I will really keep a close watch on myself. You keep in mind all the weight you've already lost and the hard work you put into it. It's just not worth eating the extra calories, you know you'll feel guilty afterwards anyhow. I always do. |
I gave up pepsi's about 5 days ago and have lost 5lbs!!!! Man, I want one so badly. |

Good for you. Just think of all the sugar your no longer getting. 1lb a day, wow talk about incentive. Chew a piece of sugarless gum. Try not to think about it. Probably the caffine your missing. You can get withdrawals from that. Don't give in, hang in there. |
