| I'll let you know! It's definitely rough, but you're supposed to lose a pant size in 6 days. I read all the reviews on amazon.com and most people lost at least 4 lbs in the 6 days. |

| I have 3 horses , the old horse is 25yrs old had him since he was 4yrs, he mine no one will ride him, he sorta on the wild side, the other 2 or around 8yrs old, one a tennessee walker and the other is a paint he does mardi gras for two weeks I call it his boot camp. I also keep 2 other horses for people. we also have 2 labs and a jack russell terrier. beside the yorkie, the 2 labs and jack russell or rescues, and so is the old horse, he was in the slaughter barn when my husband saw him and bought him he was only 4yrs old at that time, he came with issuses and 3 trainers have told us to get ride of him, he great with kids, and does well with me but other people he just becomes unglue and takes off, I will never sell him because I know what will happen to him if I did. |

Good morning. It's overcast and nice and cool here this morning. I hope it rains so I don't have to water! I'm debating if I should stay in my jammies on the couch all day or actually get something done on my day off.V - it's SO good to see you post! You don't have to hurry to get over feeling sad... it's better to feel it now than have it festering inside. So many times I have wished I lived close to you.... you have been in my thoughts. Don't let the "shoulds" get to you - grieving isn't finished overnight, you know? Hang in there and know people are thinking of you and praying for you, ok? Hugs. | |

| YT 2000 Club Member | Good morning every one! I had an easy time getting my 4 boy's off to school, I let the 10 and 11 year old walk down 2 1/2 blocks to the bus stop by them selves, they get picked up at the park and I have been taking them down because I was afraid they would miss the bus playing on the slide or swings I ended up with my friends 2 girls ages 1 and 3 this morning. I watch them for her at night time when she is at school for 5 hours 3 x's a week but their grammy was sick so I have them in the morning now till gram's feels better. I am excited to get to play "Girly" things with the 3 year old!!My day looks FUN |

| Good morning, everyone! I blew off another workout class to play with Bella! It is soooo hard to want to leave when she is playing and being "all-around adorable!" Oh well, I don't think she minds if I'm flabby! Great thread, Pepemint! Thanks!

| Hi V...good to see you this morning!! I agree with what was said earlier...don't be in too big of a hurry to stop grieving...it is a long process that needs to take its proper time. Svn...I know what you mean about not wanting to leave the babies I feel the same way. but now, I have gotten so disgusted with myself that I am forcing myself to go to the gym. so...we shall see what happens.I have a hard time with "diets". What tends to work for me is just "portion control". still eating what I want...but very small portions of it. and they say that you should take half of your body weight...and that is how many ounces of water you should drink every day. they say if you do that, you will lose weight a lot easier. So, that is my plan. portion control and LOTS of water. In fact, other than my coffee, I will not be drinking anything but water. Which is very hard for me to do when I am at a restaurant because I hate water at public places. So this means I will have to keep my water bottle full and carry it around with me everywhere I go. wish me luck LOL

| I have a hard time with diets too. It seems thats all I think of is food when I am on a diet. I think you're right portion control is the answer but be sure part of that portion is fruit and veggies. I wish you luck. Joan
