Hi V...good to see you this morning!! I agree with what was said earlier...don't be in too big of a hurry to stop grieving...it is a long process that needs to take its proper time.

Svn...I know what you mean about not wanting to leave the babies I feel the same way. but now, I have gotten so disgusted with myself that I am forcing myself to go to the gym. so...we shall see what happens.

I have a hard time with "diets". What tends to work for me is just "portion control". still eating what I want...but very small portions of it. and they say that you should take half of your body weight...and that is how many ounces of water you should drink every day. they say if you do that, you will lose weight a lot easier. So, that is my plan. portion control and LOTS of water. In fact, other than my coffee, I will not be drinking anything but water. Which is very hard for me to do when I am at a restaurant because I hate water at public places. So this means I will have to keep my water bottle full and carry it around with me everywhere I go.
