Our close friends went through something like which you are going through, the house they bought didn't meet the apraisal, they loved the home and it was all in great A-1 condition with recent upgrades so they went ahead and paid above the apraisal as they said in comparison to what they had looked at that it was worth it. Redoing and upgrading can be very costly.

Best of luck in finding what you want and that you can get moved in by the time you need to be. Praying that it will all come about for you.

I believe a bank will appraiss a property (within reason) for the price you offered if its not extremely out of range. really pretty much bc they get the interest of your payments, and the higher the mortgage the more interest they make (not %age wise, but $ wise) Im sure it will come in, in that value!

OK we FINALLY got the NEWS yesterday afternoon and the appaisal came back $4,000 more than actually what they were asking and BOY I thought it was going to come back a lil lower but anyway OUR NEXT HURDLE the INSPECTION

oh and might I add HURRICAN DEAN

so we plan on doing the inspection this upcoming week so after that comes back we can proceed to and hopefully be CLOSING REALLLLLLL SOON
