 Good luck in finding a home
Our close friends went through something like which you are going through, the house they bought didn't meet the apraisal, they loved the home and it was all in great A-1 condition with recent upgrades so they went ahead and paid above the apraisal as they said in comparison to what they had looked at that it was worth it. Redoing and upgrading can be very costly.
Best of luck in finding what you want and that you can get moved in by the time you need to be. Praying that it will all come about for you.
