Everyone PLEASE I need your PRAYERS....
 

Ok the reason why I am posting this is because PRAYER works in LARGE numbers so if everyone could say a lil prayer after they read this it would be appreciated. Me, my husband, & Bailey have been looking for a new home for the past couple of months well we had found a home we both liked BUT my realtor didn't know it was already under contract when she showed it to us :( so we missed out on that home, THEN we fould another home we drew up a contract and everything, so everything was going well until this past Friday the inspection had came back and we wasn't too pleased with it not to mention we found dog poop in 2 spots and the carpet was filty which we didn't notice before because of the furniture so to make a long story it amounted to too much work in the home well more than what we wanted, So we were back searching well I stumbled across another home that Saturday we went look at it and me and my husband BOTH fell in love with this home because it was the same price as the last one and it was only 7 years old vs 17 with the other one and we didnt' have to do nothing but move in SOOO we drew up a contract but I know that the home is overpriced, its for sale by owner, my loan person is going to have it appraised this week and I am thinking its about 10,000 over priced I had offered them 5,000 less than what they where asking but they didn't want to take it because they had just put it up for sale so we offered them full price but the thing is if the appraisal comes back and I am right (which I am pretty sure I am) (this is where you guys come in at) I want ya'll to pray that they will match the appraisal price or at least work with us on it. We are so ready to move and we keep on getting hurt. I'm sorry this is so long..........Please say a lil prayer for us......

By the way we have to be out of our home by Sept 15. because we sold it already :confused:

I know how exciting, and then daunting buying a house is. Add to that, having already sold yours - golly!! I hope God's plan unfolds for you. If it's this house, then it's already in the works - if not, be prepared for what He has in store. A new home is always such a wonderful feeling. Sounds like it was a good thing the first two didn't work out!

Its just like this story. My cousin was going to buy a house, it needed a lot of work, he was approved for the mortgage, but knew that it would cost a lot of money, and he was already in debt. So he prayed about it, and he had this feeling that he didn't need to get that house, so he sold his motorcycles to help get out of his debt, didn't know why he was doing this. Then God told him what he wanted to do and hes going back to college to get a degree in some type Christian.. and he has the EXACT amount of money that he needs in his bank account for his first year at college!!!! That is GOD right there!

Thanks you guys :) I will update you all when the appraisal will be scheduled, I should know something by the end of today.

I know just how you are feeling, I am going through the same thing right now, I have put 2 offers on 2 houses and both didnt go through, I have been so stressed at times I just want to cry but hang in there everything will work out just fine, I have a appt at 10:00 today to go look at another house so back to the starting point once again :rolleyes:
