| I'm so sorry to hear about your mom, on the plus side she was very fortunate to have caught it early ....she has a very good chance of recovery.... As for your face, the only product I have used to cover up spider veins, is Derma Blend, that will cover a tattoo....I got mine at J.C.Penney's.... I hope every one is doing better soon....

| Tammy, I am so sorry about your Mom but her outlook is wonderful. Looks like she caught it in time. Try not to be so upset. It's not good for you in your condition. Your mom will be fine I'm sure. Try putting some cold tea bags on your eyes or cucumber slices. Sounds funny but it's suppose to work wonders. It brings the puffiness down. Your mom will be in my thoughts and prayer's. Think positive. |

| We went through this with my mom 3 years ago. It is devastating news to hear, but it sounds like your mom (like mine) caught it early. It's never an easy thing to go through, but I am confident that she will be just fine! My mom is now a survivor. If you ever need to talk, let me know.

| I know how worried you must be but you have to remember how lucky you are that your mom's breast cancer has been caught at stage 1. She has a very good prognosis and in a lot of ways you are lucky because now you know how precious she is and you have a lot of opportunities to tell her and show her how much you love her. Someday you will lose her as we all must lose those we love but hopefully not for a very very long time. You have a been given a gift even if you don't realize it right now. You won't be like all those people out there who have lost loved ones and regret something they did or didn't do. It's completely ok to cry and be scared. I would think that you should just let your mom know how worried you are and how much you love her and not worry about how you look. Your mom is probably really scared herself right now and maybe it would help her. It's never good to keep emotions all bottled up inside and really, more important for someone dealing with life threatening diseases to be able to let it out. Just keeping that stuff all bottled up can kill you so maybe you can help your mom if she's trying to be strong by wearing your heart on your sleeve, so to speak. I really hope things work out for you and your mom. Prayers headed your way! Theresa |

| I'm really sorry to hear about your mom. It's really good that they caught it early. I'm sorry that your outward appearance is reflecting how you feel on the inside. I'm sure your face will look better by tomorrow.

| Oh no....I am sooo very sorry to hear about your mother! She and you and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers! I have used tea bags and that helps with the inflammation. I also found that Lye soap (yep, old fashion lye soap) does wonders for blemishes, etc on the face and body! Please keep us all posted on your mother!

| I'm sorry to hear about your mom. Try just lying down with cold compresses on your face. She'll make it, you'll see.
