I'm so sorry to hear about your mom, on the plus side she was very fortunate to have caught it early ....she has a very good chance of recovery....
As for your face, the only product I have used to cover up spider veins, is Derma Blend, that will cover a tattoo....I got mine at J.C.Penney's....
