Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | These pictures are so hard to see - their little eyes are all begging for love and a home. All the best to you working there - I did it a long time ago and could barely sleep and ended up with way too many cats (I lived in an apartment at the time) 75 dogs is such a high number Do they really make efforts to find them homes at this shelter ?? I've heard some only give them 5 days and that's just NOT long enough |

| I wish I was rich, so that I could buy a huge barn-like-house an d gather all these animals together, hire people to feed them and groom them... basically show love & care for them. They don't deserve this.... |

| The reason there are so many dogs (and cats)in the shelter is because most people around here do not spay or neuter their pets and they let them run free (ignorance)...when you try to talk to them about it they will say "it ruins them" "they a'int worth a nickel after that" "they wont hunt a flea after that". Plus there are soooo many stray dogs and cats that they just reproduce and end up at someones house and then they bring them to the shelter. There is really no laws or restrictions here (there def needs to be). It is really bad here. I could go on and on, but I will spare you guys.... |
