The reason there are so many dogs (and cats)in the shelter is because most people around here do not spay or neuter their pets and they let them run free (ignorance)...when you try to talk to them about it they will say "it ruins them" "they a'int worth a nickel after that" "they wont hunt a flea after that". Plus there are soooo many stray dogs and cats that they just reproduce and end up at someones house and then they bring them to the shelter. There is really no laws or restrictions here (there def needs to be). It is really bad here. I could go on and on, but I will spare you guys....
