| Started Master Cleanse 2day Good morning everyone! Me and my honey are doing the MC, starting today! He is going to be on it for 14 days and myself 16 days . We have a picnic this weekend and a baseball came in 2 weeks. Any tips or advice would be very helpful, espically during what I feel might be the tuff moments (picnic and ball game) . Oh and any advice on coming off the cleanse would be great! My honey wants a beer at the game we are going to but it is a day after he stops the MC. OY! Thanks in advance. P.S. That cayenne pepper is no joke!!! SPICY!

| I seriously want to try this, more to see if I can do it than anything. I've read up on it a little bit, but it seems like it takes so much time to get everything prepared. I wish you much luck, and can't wait to hear the results!! Say goodbye to each and every toxin in your body...(from what I hear...) LOL

| I really wanted to try this but I just can't get past the process of what's going to happen...when I read about the salt water flush ....I really want to know if it's a fact that we all have waste "stuck " to the walls of our intestines .....every time I see a video of someones insides it appears very clean...I've always wanted to ask a surgeon if this really happens to us, I would think he would know...it seems like such a simple question but the answer is different based on who you ask....Is it there or not???...Good luck to you & DH..

| How it went this morning... I read that you cannot make the mix the night before so it has to be made fresh every morning. Let me tell you.... it took some time. lol Currently we are using the 1.5L Poland Spring bottles to get the 60oz per day we are each required to drink. (One place I read, silly site , said not to use bottled water but I have to this time so we can get useage out of the bottle... DUH lol)(And yes, the bottle is just a little over 50oz so I drink about 1/4 down and add some more water to the mix to reach 60oz) I have a manual juicer and figured out it took me about 6 lemons to get the 12tbs of lemon juice needed for one 60oz serving. I am currently using grade A dark organic syrup as grade B was not available. (As an FYI for those who may be curious, the difference between the A & B is when they are made during the season which affects color and stength of taste) So all that juicing and mixing, took me about 30 mins this morning. I expect the following days it will go a lot faster because I will know what I am doing.

| Congrats! The prep time does get quicker as you go! Tell hubby NO! on that beer.. He will make himself pretty ill if he has been fasting and breaks it with a beer, it will do more than just RUIN his day.... seriously! If he wants something refreashing, prepare some mint tea for him and serve it iced! Its a nice break... Make sure you get all of your cleanse brew down, along with extra water. Alot of people don't drink extra water while doing the MC, and thats a huge mistake... It really helps to flush out your system. It keeps you hydrated and feeling well, your body needs it. I cant wait to see how you do! Good luck and I hope hubby hangs in there! Its always fun to do this with a friend!
