I read that you cannot make the mix the night before so it has to be made fresh every morning. Let me tell you.... it took some time.

Currently we are using the 1.5L Poland Spring bottles to get the 60oz per day we are each required to drink.

, said not to use bottled water but I have to this time so we can get useage out of the bottle... DUH lol)(And yes, the bottle is just a little over 50oz so I drink about 1/4 down and add some more water to the mix to reach 60oz)
I have a manual juicer and figured out it took me about 6 lemons to get the 12tbs of lemon juice needed for one 60oz serving. I am currently using grade A dark organic syrup as grade B was not available.
(As an FYI for those who may be curious, the difference between the A & B is when they are made during the season which affects color and stength of taste)
So all that juicing and mixing, took me about
30 mins this morning.

I expect the following days it will go a lot faster because I will know what I am doing.
