I know Governor Rendell is working on getting the PA Kennel/dog laws revised. In our local paper there for a while, there were lots of Letters to the Editor in regards to some of the wording/needing to make revisions to the new laws. Which I totally agree some of the wording/what they want to make law is just outrageous. At least I hope and think their still looking at revising it.
I guess anything is a step in the right direction. But there still needs to be a lot more done on behalf of puppies/dogs in this county.

I think there are people who don't want to take the time to train the dog. They get annoyed if it barks too much, but instead of training the dog, they get it debarked. Makes me mad. If they can't take the time, they shouldn't have a dog.
