I know Governor Rendell is working on getting the PA Kennel/dog laws revised. In our local paper there for a while, there were lots of Letters to the Editor in regards to some of the wording/needing to make revisions to the new laws. Which I totally agree some of the wording/what they want to make law is just outrageous.
At least I hope and think their still looking at revising it.
I guess anything is a step in the right direction.
But there still needs to be a lot more done on behalf of puppies/dogs in this county.
