Shock collar video (NO furkids) I was sent this video by a friend who's wife works in a vet clinic. Evidently it was shown on AFV, and people seemed to think it was pretty funny. It shows a human guy trying out the six levels of a dog bark shock collar. Watch his reactions to this device and imagine our poor little babies receiving the same shocks. It irks me when people ask how to get a shock collar or if one will stop their dog's barking. Link

It's a Yorkie Thing Donating Member | I hate the use of shock collors and that shows that they hurt more than we are lead to believe. The pet store I work will not sell them. We have one that sprays when the dog barks but I personally don't like it either. Dogs are made to bark it's what they do.

People do the stupidest things sometimes. I would never use a shock collar on any animal! I think it's cruel.

How sad that people actually use them on their poor defenseless dogs that dont have the option of taking them off because they hurt them. They should outlaw those.

We had a underground fence before . We didn't have Yorkies then just bigger dogs. Well one of the dogs got out and I had to go get her. Well I took the coller off so she would not get shocked on the way back and. Duh I had the shock part in my hand. when we walked over the line I got the pee shocked out of me. And I was PG at the time. We got a fence soon after that !
