I was sent this video by a friend who's wife works in a vet clinic. Evidently it was shown on AFV, and people seemed to think it was pretty funny. It shows a human guy trying out the six levels of a dog bark shock collar.
Watch his reactions to this device and imagine our poor little babies receiving the same shocks. It irks me when people ask how to get a shock collar or if one will stop their dog's barking.
