| I took the plunge! I switched my business from a land line to Vonage. I figure I will save about $40 per month, maybe more. So far, I am impressed. If I did not look down and see that nothing is connected to the wall jack, I would not believe it! Everything sounds just the same. I had some issues with the temporary virtual number they started me with (to use until my other number ports over). The person who had the number before me did not pay their bills, and I have been inundated with robo calls from loan counselors and credit card companies. I complained to Vonage and they gave me a new temporary problem. I complained again, another new number. So far today, have only had one or two instead of 6 or more. Hopefully it will stop in time. Vonage customer service has been great. Tomorrow my land line ports over, but so far I am happy. I even got a free fax line out of the deal and it works just great. I removed all services from my home line and have forwarded that one to my cell phone, so I saved a bunch more money there. I'm sure my phone company will be irritated when they figure out that people are doing this, using their DSL to get all of their phone services from another provider. Oh, I forgot to mention. The set up was really easy, except afterward one of my network printers would not print. I had to reinstall it, then it worked just fine.

| I switched to vonage for about 2 months now. At first, I was not able to make international calls, after contacting customer service (they didn't fix yet), and all of a sudden, it works. I don't use the line a lot, and I subscribe to $15 for 500 minutes per month. I also pay $5 for a virtual number. I save about over $30 per month. So far so good! Just one thing I notice: our wireless phone indicator lights go on and off the whole day, I think it is because of the cable signal coming thru. I hope yours works for you and your business!

| I've had it for 3 years and no regrets. When I moved to NY last Jan I kept my NH number for 6 months till everyone had our new number. Love it. Our bill: 24.99 + taxes adds up to 27 and change. |
