Default I took the plunge!

I switched my business from a land line to Vonage. I figure I will save about $40 per month, maybe more. So far, I am impressed. If I did not look down and see that nothing is connected to the wall jack, I would not believe it! Everything sounds just the same. I had some issues with the temporary virtual number they started me with (to use until my other number ports over). The person who had the number before me did not pay their bills, and I have been inundated with robo calls from loan counselors and credit card companies. I complained to Vonage and they gave me a new temporary problem. I complained again, another new number. So far today, have only had one or two instead of 6 or more. Hopefully it will stop in time. Vonage customer service has been great. Tomorrow my land line ports over, but so far I am happy. I even got a free fax line out of the deal and it works just great. I removed all services from my home line and have forwarded that one to my cell phone, so I saved a bunch more money there. I'm sure my phone company will be irritated when they figure out that people are doing this, using their DSL to get all of their phone services from another provider.

Oh, I forgot to mention. The set up was really easy, except afterward one of my network printers would not print. I had to reinstall it, then it worked just fine.
