I wish I was! I work 2 jobs and go to college! Count your blessings to stay at home! I would be keeping myself busy...tanning, going to the gym, playing with my girls!

I am a stay at home mom to right now i had major problems after having my second baby and i haven't been back to work sinceit's been almost 2years. I do enjoy being at home with my kids and the alternative like V said isn't appealing now either.

It wasn't easy at first! But, since 911 many Corporations that conducted business from high rise buildings have taken the idea and ran with it! Saves the Corporations TONS of overhead.

I stayed home with my girls until they were out of high school...and my husband was an under paid cop...can't remember us doing without anything we needed...in a two parent family it is a matter of priorties I find. My daughter stays at home with her 5 yrs old...she is the queen of coupon clipping and saving a buck.

I work in the Insurance Industry as a Commercial Undewriter. I know many other organizations that offer Telecommuting as an option. Accountants, Bookkeepers, Auditors, Claims Adjusters, Middle and Upper Management are just a few. I just want to clarify that I love staying home and feel very fortunate that I can. Sometimes I can get in a rut though.

Plus my husband would never want me to get a job now. After my surgery I couldn't do anything the whole weekend and he finally realized how much I really do around here! Feels good to be appreciated.

Well, I work and I get in a rut alot of times, too. I think with anything you do, you can get in a rut.

I am a stay at home mom. A few years ago I got bored too, almost depressed in a way with the everyday routine. So I decided I needed to start doing something outside of the home without the kids. I took a few crafty classes like pottery (really fun!) and floral design, and took a few community college courses etc. I really enjoyed it and I found interests that I didn't know I had. I'm not bored anymore as one of my hobbies turned into a business. But there are so many things you can do. Why not use your energy to help others like volunteering in a soup kitchen or meals on wheels...it can be very rewarding and fulfilling.

I hear ya it's nice when they have to do all the work you do and relieze how much you do! My hubby thinks it's cake staying at home but when i make him do it he cries about how tired he is. I have insomnia and have had it my whole life i sleep mabey 3 hours a night (on a good night) and some nights i don't sleep at all and i'm up for days plus i have a six year old who is in school and a 21 month old who is on the go and into everything he is a monkey and i can't take my eye off him i even have to take him to the bathroom with me because he is into everything. Also i pay all the bills and deal with all the problems all my husband does is work nothing else and i know working is hard but if i was to work i would still have to do everything else to. I do all the housework(when i'm not on YT lol) i do all the shopping my hubby is a truckdriver so it's like i'm a single mom with 2 kids and 2 yorkies and 2 cats and a lab lol(i know i have a noah's ark complex here lol) it's really hard but i love it i do get frustrated a lot but i wouldn't trade it for anything. It's really nice though when you get appreciated for it though

I'd love to stay at home but I think I would lose my mind because I'm just too darn indepandant. I also think that everything in life is not 100% guaranteed...my fiancee is here today but not guaranteed to be here tomorrow.

That is exactly how I feel, almost depress, I really hate being on any medication and this is why I want to find other solutions to my boredom. I was going to the gym on a regular basis until the kids went on vacation then I sort of lost my motivation. Everytime I say I am going to start again, I just make an excuse not to. I think this is why I feel fat and ugly. I am about to cry now . I think I might need help

I would LOVE to be a stay-home Mom. That is my ultimate dream but my hubby thinks I spend too much so that is why I have to work

How does one become a teleworker? Can it be part-time? And where do I start looking. So Kelly, do they also know that you are on the sewing machine working your a-- off making wonderful PJ's while attending to the phone
