That is exactly how I feel, almost depress, I really hate being on any medication and this is why I want to find other solutions to my boredom. I was going to the gym on a regular basis until the kids went on vacation then I sort of lost my motivation. Everytime I say I am going to start again, I just make an excuse not to. I think this is why I feel fat and ugly. I am about to cry now . I think I might need help
