Amber keep the ice and elecation going the bruse will be alot worse tomorow. I feel for ya hun I know it hurts alot. I have to go take my pain meds now. and hit the sack. feel better.

Oh {{Amber}} I am so sorry! And, yes, you will feel "useless" for awhile; but ya just have to grin and be gracious and ride it out. EVERYBODY needs extra help now and again.

I took so many chances in my 30s, and every broken bone I ever had was horse related! And I had so much responsibility - Hannah is in a wheelchair, and my mom was living with us the last 9 years of her life. When my foot was broken and I was in a cast and on crutches, my mother was on a walker. You should have seen us hobbling around the house behind each other! LOL But the Lord sent people to help out, and hubby is a saint .

Thanks i posted those pics they look so gross lol the lump has actually gone down a lot but i think it's cause the rest of my foot has swollen up. I am just going to take it easy ans not push myself to hard i would rather have a few days down than weeks from surgery.

OH MY THAT DOES LOOK PAINFUL. As said in an earlier post, keep ice on it and this will really help with the swelling.

Im sorry that happened, I hope it heals fast.
I get in a hurry too, Last year I was rushing around and Hubby kept saying slow down, well I cant do that so next thing I know Im setting on the hallway floor screaming cause I was rushing out of the bathroom door way and hit my toe and broke it.

A year ago I did the same thing and man does it hurt! Once you start hobbling around be very careful as about a week later I feel down the stairs again and re-injured my foot, ouch! It took about ten months to almost feel normal so please take it slow. I'm sending get better wishes for a quicker recovery for you.

thats what the doc told me that if i tore my ligaments and didn't have surgery i would reinjure it all the time aaggghhh

Thanks i'm still pretty sore today i guess that's expected i'm trying to not take the pain pills and just deal but i don't know how long i'll last there lol
